I got a friend that had this surgery here in Japan… if I remember correctly he was the 1st person in Asia to do this Surgery. He had cartilage taken from his thigh and put on his knee…… All I remember thinking…… There is cartilage on your thigh🤨 But met him after the surgery. And he was hell of a Player. But he said he hadn’t gotten his athleticism back yet. But he could go 100%

Tore my meniscus and ACL my sophomore year in college. After the Doctor took out my meniscus, playing Basketball was so painful, I was forced to quit. I was 6'6 with a 37" vertical. I still ask myself what if til this day.

Got that same knee bend on a chase down block after you get mental confidence you can get athletic again. He's got this for sure

I had allograft cartilage transplant along with meniscus repair and ACL reconstruction 3 months ago. it has been a journey to return back to just the gym. Hoping for the best recovery for Lonzo

I tore both my peroneal tendons, left one was a minor tear, right one had 2 longitudinal tears. Painful, but I would've expected a tendon tear to be much more painful. I assumed I just sprained both ankles, not a tear, but with that said I still definitely wouldn't recommend this injury.

For me, the more science-oriented the video the better! While I'm familiar with the basics (anatomy, injury pathology, etc.) it's fascinating to hear the professional thought process behind various treatment plans, I always feel like I walk away having learned something.
